Bookings

All bookings should be made directly through this website. Simply click the ‘book now’ button, and select a lesson type to be taken through to check availability. Proceed by selecting a date and time that suits you and make the payment to confirm. You’ll receive a confirmation email with details of your appointment,

When selecting a programme of lessons repeat the same process however, instead of selecting a date and time, you’ll then be automatically sent a certificate code which you’ll then use to book individual elements of your programme. Keep hold of this code as you’ll use it every time you need to book the next lesson. Some programmes will advise you to book a specific lesson first. For example, coffee consultations, on course assessments and short game skills tests are normally carried out first to set up the best plan for the rest of the lessons.

Cancellations

I completely understand that life can get crazy sometimes and it’s not always possible to stick to your appointments. However, as lesson slots are limited I ask that you kindly inform me in the event that you cannot make your appointment so that someone else can take advantage of the lesson slot. This can be done either through the app or by clicking on the link on your confirmation email.

If you cancel your lesson within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the lesson cost. If your lesson is part of a programme or package, this lesson will count as redeemed.

Lesson Packages

All programmes last for one year from the date of purchase unless specificed otherwise. Any remaining lessons after the expiry date will be void and you’ll no longer be able to book them through the website or app.
